Mercer High School held its annual Black History Month Celebration Assembly. The entire school celebrated with song, dance, skits, and readings! Well done to the students and staff who shared their gifts with the school in honor of this great month!

The students in Ms. Jordan's class at Mercer High School are promoting healthy habits! With the help of OT Ms. Trish and SLP Ms. Jen, the students sorted and packaged small bags that contained tissues, hand sanitizer, and a small note to remind others to use hand sanitizer after wiping their nose. The students assembled the bags in the L.A.C.E.S. program, designed a poster to hang up, set up a small table in the atrium to pass out the bags, and used their AAC devices to get the attention of others, explain what they were doing, and thank people for stopping by!

Friday was jam-packed! Mercer Elementary School had their Valentine's Day dance and Ms. Jennings, Ms. Beth, and Ms. Jess from Mercer High School collaborated on a Valentine's Day party!

In Ms Vicki's class, we had a 100th Day of School Luau! We went on a Scavenger Hunt to find fish counting to 100, played "pin the sunglasses on the pineapple," fished for 100 fish, made and caught 100 bubbles, danced the limbo and conga, took tropical selfies, and had Hawaiian punch and ice cream!

Jamari Marks hit eight three pointers and scored game high 32 points to lead the white all star team to victory over the blue! Way to go!

Ms. Jen's class at JFC created Love Lava Lamps for Valentine's Day! What a bright idea!

Students and staff at MES enjoyed the 100th day of school! Happy 100th day!
